Tarlesson Farms promotes pasture, irrigated or natural open field livestock farming. Our livestock receives abundance fresh natural air and sunshine. They are not crowded together in a confined barn or structure, etc. They roam totally free as nature intended. Every step of our operation including environment, soil and land preparation, add value to nutrition, taste, flavor, quality, and profit.

Free Roam

Our livestock roam totally free as nature intended on our property in Dixon. No human control, and our livestock are not caged or subject to factory or shelter confinement

Organic

To differentiate our meat products from our corporate competitors or other small farmers, we raise healthy livestock and no feeding of antibiotics or growth hormones, no use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fertilizer (contaminate-free soil), and no preservative or additive. We raise our livestock traditional way - we maintain the best practices in California organic pasture, grass-fed livestock production.
